Explaining ratings

It's what we're all about

Here at Rated People, ratings count! For customers and tradespeople alike, they make it easier for everyone to choose the best people to work with. A recommendation from a friend is the best way to find out about something and Rated People works in exactly the same way except this time, you have lots of different people recommending tradespeople and customers instead of just one.

Here's how ratings work:

• Tradespeople get a score for the 'Quality' of their work, the 'Reliability' of their service and how well they represent 'Value' for money
• Customers get a score for 'Clear requirements', how 'Good to work with' they are and if they make a, 'Reliable payment'
• After you have rated on each category we'll calculate an overall rating based on what you have decided

Our Ratings System is for members only. You'll only be able to rate each other once you've decided to work together.
