Loss of Digital channels. Auto retune has not fixed the problem. in Oscott

Job description:We have lost a number of Digital channels. Initially could only get BBC but after Auto Tunning have now found other Digital channels but still have channels like ITV 1 and Channel 4 missing. The whole system was replace including the Aerial in 2007 and has been working fine until now.
