Rectify sky tv viewing issues (error 25 no signal being received) (Repair) in Blandford Station

Job description:Communal flat in block of 14; all other tenants have viewable sky (next door neighbour confirms this, he is also able to view all channels without issue ruling out LNB and dish problems). As with all flats, I have a single sky feed. I am receiving most channels but some are unviewable and displaying error 25. Had enginers check the cables and amplifier box inside the house. One engineer checked the communal multi switches and set up, commented not ideal but working?? Would like an engineer to double check my cables, connectors, sky box, communal multiswitch and on top of rectifying my issue, qoute to to fit dual feed to my flat if I upgrade the mutliswitch. Permission from Landlord granted in email.
