Need external roof aerial fitting for freeview. One is on there alread in Clayton

Job description:need existing external aerial (on the roof) looking at as this does not give a signal on the freeview box. if beyond repair new aerial will be needed + i would like an additional connection in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Ive got £100 if anyone can do this job for around that budget pls get in touch.
