Sky Dish installation & upgrade to Sky+ in Iron Acton

Job description:I will be moving into the above address on the 6/11/09 and would like to have a Sky dish installed. I am past the 12 month minimum contract with Sky and so I do not have to get it activated via a phone line. I currently have a Sky Digital box and would be interested in moving to a Sky+ box. I also think there is distribution box in the loft and I would be interested in having Sky connected to this. Could you give me an idea of cost and if you will be able to fit the dish around the 6th? Thanks
