Roof aerial fallen off chimney - as it is old will need new replacement and making safe in Unsworth

Job description:Aerial was attached to the rear chimney on a two storey house (since blown down). Access to the chimney would have to be over the roof from the front as the rear extension/conservatory will make access more difficult. Aerial (and what looks like the brick it was attached to) have fallen off and is now lodged behind the chimney stack. As we have never replaced the aerial since moving into the house would suggest a new replacement (unless you would like to convince me otherwise) which may make the job easier.
