Tv showing blue screen, had problems before with sky box and think it is that but not sure. in North Holderness

Job description:tv showing blue screen, do not want anyone out but would like roughly a price as paid so much before, i have done what the sky people have said and nothing, they will not send an engineer out as my contract as run out with them, terrestrial aerial is not so good and really dont know what im doing behind the back of the tv.
