New freeviewbox can only get 5 channels in Newland

Job description:Tenants purchased new freeview box from Currys and they can only get 5 channels. Took the box back and they were told it was the ariel that was not set up for digital. Need ariel specialist to have a look at ariel I have ,and if it not possible to use current ariel for digital, to quote me for new one.
