Following power outage no TV reception recieved. Suspect communual aerial fault. in Westgate

Job description:Following an electrical outage that affected the entire area my TV screen is now blank (white fuzzy screen) and I don’t appear to be receiving a signal. I use a communal aerial within a converted apartment block and no one else appears to have a problem except me. The property management rep has advised me to have all my internal TV connections checked. If the problem persists they will provide access to the central distribution point accessible via a duct within the building.
