Sky socket fixing. Currently no signal being received. in City and Hunslet

Job description:It is a comunal sky dish as I live in a flat, I have had sky fitted but no signal is being received from the socket in the flat. Needs fixing asap. Unsure what problem is only know that the socket has been tested by a sky engineer and there is no signal so is some kind of fault to do with socket.
