Broken TV aerial in Kippax

Job description:I have had a TV aerial fitted within the last 6 months but my TV picture is still very fuzzy - some channels worse than others. I am also unable to use my freeview box since this aerial has been fitted as it wont pick up a signal. I have tried contacting the original workman but have been unable to get hold of him.
