Fix my sky Broadband in Woodlesford

Job description:Since having HD installed .. my sky Broadband is so slow ... Sky say it is nothing their end must be the way the system is wired internally .. ie filters etc in sockets ... they say to get a telephone engineer to look at it and refuse to send out their installer The sky box itself is hard wired into my telephone box in hall, I have sky upstairs but wire not connected (but I want this doing) then router is upstairs but only because I used to have desk top computer upstairs .. I now have laptop .. so maybe router needs to come downstairs ... If I am lucky enough to get a response from a sky installer I would like my sky anytime plus setting up at same time
