Job description:telephone and wireless broadboad keeps going down. Problem is intermitent, all equipment has been checked, BT have been out twice and cannot identify problem. They have suggested that all the phone sockets are rewired but this was a new installation 4 years ago. at this moment the phones aren't working but the wireless connection is running!Sometimes if someone rings in then the phones start working again
