Fix my Freesat. in St Clement's

Job description:Recently I have lost signal on the 11428H Transponder. I can access lots of channels when my Humax is in 'Non Freesat mode'. When I try to do a Freesat Tune it says my postcode is 'Invalid'. I wonder if my dish needs relocating from the back wall to the chimney? Could the tree in the back garden be blocking the signal since it grew more leaves? I have checked the cabling and the LNB seems fine. I would appreciate some help.
