Sky Dish and Digital TV Aerial Installation. Possibly requiring amplifier or multiplexer. in Peacehaven West
Needed: Aerial / Network Specialist in Peacehaven West, BN10
Job submitted:Dec 16, 2009
Job description:New detached 5 bed house has existing TV points in Living Room, Master Bedroom and Study. I already have a Sky HD box and a Sky + box with 2 Sky eye TV links. Would like to install Digital TV Aerial and feed the signal to all rooms upstairs which will require 4 new TV points dropped from loft into bedrooms. Have spoken to builders and they have confirmed that on all stud walls, the metal studs are vertical and there is no cross bracing from noggins which would make dropping the cable more difficult. If possible, I would like to use the RF signal from Sky HD box (to be positioned in Living Room) to feed the Master Bedroom, and Kitchen. However I believe that with a multiplexer or amplifier it is possible to redistribute these signals from the loft to all rooms with TV points. Is this the case as this would be a good option? Will require, Digital TV Aerial to suit signal strength in Peacehaven. A Sky Dish with an LNB with sufficient ports to cope with requirements. Hope this makes sense, thanks for reading.
Budget:£250 - £500
