Sky Dish Engineer required, no satellite singal received in Oundle

Job description:We live in Oundle, Northamptonshire. Satellite dish situated on the side of a period property, SKY engineer wont service the dish due to having to leave the ladder to reach. New LNB fitted today by myself, message on tv still reads "No satellite signal being received" Please help!!
