Sky dish / receiver no longer working. Need repair or replacement. in Wortley

Job description:ladder only - not very high up. When snow came lost satellite signal. When snow melted from LNB and dish I can see the programmes on the programme guide, but each channel says "technical fault". I don't know whether it's the dish, the LNB, the cable or something else causing the problem. I have entered "not sure" for budget because I have no idea what is required and therefore how much it might be. The real answer is "whatever it takes" but there isn't that option.
