Run cable from Dish to bedroom in Cambridge

Job description:I have Sky + in the bedroom but it only has 1 feed (1 cable). I need a second cable running from the dish through the flat to the bedroom. The dish is quite high up, probably about 30 - 40 ft. and the cable needs to run through the flat. Alternatively it could be run around the back of the flat and into the bedroom maybe.
