Job description:1.Remove existing bathroom suite and install new bathroom suite. 2.Lay new ceramic tiles to walls and vinyl style tiles to floor. 3.Box in waste pipework along floor (behind sink and toilet) 4.Pipe in extracting piping for tumble dryer into existing ventilation system. Bathroom is situated on first floor maisonette flat. Hourly rate considered, fixed price for job preferred.
