Job description:>Newly fitted toilet isn't fixed to the floor. Also is "stuck " to the wall as opposed to screwed. Water leaks from underneath.
>Newly fitted bath not level, therefore water runs off the edge. Also bath taps have a small hole in them and leak.
*I have kept some spare tiles if needed.
