Job description:We would like to refurbish the en-suite bathroom in our house. As well as fitting a new bathroom suite (shower, basin and toilet. No bath) we would like to alter the size of the room. The plan is to erect a stud wall thus sectioning off an area of the room to be used as a walk-in wardrobe. We're looking for a quote for fitting the bathroom only, not the walk -in cupboard, although we will want the stud wall built so that the bathroom is the correct size. Also, making the bathroom smaller will require moving the toilet and hand-basin. The room is currently part-tiled on the walls and the floor is carpeted. Ideally we would like to remove the old tiles and re-tile the entire room (floor and walls). If possible we would like a wet-room style shower although this might not be possible as the room is on the first floor. Finally, the shower that is currently in the room does not work satisfactorily both in terms of pressure and temperature. Other showers in the house work satisfactorily but the one in question is a very long way from the boiler. We wonder whether it would be possible to fit a secondary pump or specific type of shower to ensure proper function with hot water and sufficient pressure. Oh, and we haven't bought any of the bathroom furniture yet.
