Job description:Removal of existing bath, wc, shower & sink. Knocking through the (non-supporting) walls seperating the area into a corridor, bathroom and wc, making one single bathroom. Removal of a large double airing cupboard. We have a trusted floorer we will be using fit new floorboards. Then there will be fitting a new suite (tbc, but including shower) and tiling / decorating. We are are looking for seperate quotes to replace the oil central heating boiler from traditional system to a combi boiler. This would be done first. You could quote for this too if appropriate.
