Job description:At present we have a separate bathroom and toilet. We want to knock down the dividing wall (plasterboard & tiled). Take up the floor. Remove the false ceiling. Remove existing tiles. We will need to block up existing toilet door with partition wall. Re-plaster walls & tile. New floor. New ceiling. New lights. New radiator. New suit. Basically the whole thing gutted and start again.
