Job description:Remove old bath, sink & pedestal, toilet & cistern, electric shower. Remove tiles on 2x walls- approx 2.5m x 3.5m and 2m x 2.5m.Remove laminate flooring and check floor boards are suitable for tiling onto. Skim ceiling to smooth (stippled with artex at moment), fit 4x downlighters, change main light, replace electric shower pullcord switch in bathroom, change landing light switch to 3-gang (for landing light, bathroom main light, and bathroom downlighters) Fit extractor fan with overrun timer to exterior wall and fit isolator switch.Fit shaver light and feed from lighting circuit. Swap radiator for heated towel rail inc moving pipe centres 100mm and extending pipework for electric shower. Fit new vanity sink unit, new bath, new toilet and cistern, new electric shower, tile all walls and floor. I will supply everything except the extractor fan and the waterproof tile adhesive & grout, I have had very reasonable quotes for all the work as individual jobs but having a 10 week old baby and only the one bathroom it would be easier to deal with just one person and not have to arrange loads of trades' timescales thanks for looking, Pete
