Job description:Family bathroom plus downstairs cloakroom, 1970's house, current fittings probably about 10+ years old. This job requires: -design advice (layouts, fittings, lighting) -remove and dispose existing fittings, wall tiles, floor tiles etc -box in exposed pipework, divert where practical, replace skirting boards where neccessary, paint woodwork, paint walls & ceiling (where not tiled) -source & supply all fixtures & fittings (except tiles) once agreed, including -shower, bath, toilet, basin/vanity units, heated towel rail, extractor fan, shower door, lighting etc -tile floors & walls including plastering to make good any damage from removal of old tiles -fit all new fixtures and fittings
