Job description:Small bathroom. 1)Rehang door 2) door frame sand and gloss 3)plaster one wall 4) mould proof bathroom 5) fit new skirting board and gloss 6) fit new fan 7) fit new bath panel 8) Install new rad 9)fit new shower 10) fit new shower screen 11) take up existing floor tiles 12) Fit new floor tiles 13) fit new bath tiles around bath and sink (? remove old tiles?) 14) check electrics (faulty light above shower) 15)move two spot lights which are currently directly over the shower 16) replace damp seal around bath and sink, 17)paint bathroom. Owner to supply materials.
