Job description:I have had a leak in a bathroom which required the laminate flooring being lifted. I am now looking for some basic refurbishment as follows; 1) Remove all laminate flooring 2) Remove existing shower cubical and base 3) Extend existing white tiling 4) Install walk-in shower base and screen 5) Install new laminate floor and underlay 5) Install electric towel rail Budget for labour is under £500 with materials supplied which will cost around £1000
