Job description:need a basin and toilet replacing, old suite is dated but, only replaced nothing moved, so should be a simple job, very minor plumbing may need to be done as it was an old suite but even this may not need to be done. Would like a price for a simple replace, toilet and basin, bath is staying where it is.
