Job description:Ensuite bathroom design & full install. Room 2100mm x 2700mm.(narrows to 2080 on window wall) One 1200mm window on end wall right of doorway from bedroom. Fit whirlpool bath opposite left corner to doorway. Shower(as large as possible) left of door. Sink/s and toilet on window wall. Ladder towel radiator to replace existing between end of bath and furniture on window wall. Full tile. Studding and plastering to reduce doorway to standard width in order to create more space for shower cubicle. Possible ceiling with recessed lighting. Currently tiled floor to ceiling and sound but hideous. Could be tiled over existing. Soil pipe runs in cavity under floorboards along exterior(window) wall and can be accessed for connection at any point on this wall as floorboards are paraallel to this wall, so toilet can be repositioned to fit in with design.Hot and cold water pipes to corner l. of door l. opposite door and along window wall r. of door. cold water tank in loft. Large hot water cistern in adjacent bathroom adequate for mixer or powered mixer shower(To be included in quote.)
