Job description:  Remove existing bathroom suite. Knock through stud wall between bathroom & toilet to create larger room. Block up one doorway. Install new bathroom suite comprising - toilet, basin, bath (already purchased) w/ overhead power-shower and sundry cabinets. Tiling to all walls and new plasterboard ceiling w/ recessed lighting. New window sills.
