Job description:Have en suite in bedroom. Very dated. Needs ripping out. Will get parts and new bathroom pieces. Jst need someone to remove existing items - bath and sink - no toilet in room. And require plumbing of New fixings. If tiling available that would be a bonus. But not big issue if not the case! Only quotes needed right now - small. space approximately 1.2m x 1.8m ish!
