Job description:Full refurb of bathroom: Strip out existing tiles & suite Install new bathroom suite - shower unit, bath, sink, toilet Floor to ceiling tiling New lighting Skim ceiling & paint Install accessories as required All plumbing, electrical, decorative work Plans need drawing up; quote should be on two bases - i) sanitaryware remaining in current location & ii) reorganisation to be advised depending on whether shower can fit in desired location without obstructing waste pipe Plans need drawing up Colourscheme known but tiles not selected - open to whether tradesmen or we purchase Sanitaryware / taps etc not yet selected
