Complete new bathroom, converting old study. in Bowling and Barkerend

Job description:Full removal of the existing bathroom, leaving in a state where I can decorate it at a later date (may need to finish walls if removing tiles damages them etc) install new bathroom in the current study, toilet, shower bath and sink, would like a seperate walk in shower but not sure whether the room is big enough, would like advice on this. walls will be majority tiled with either tiled or lino flooring, again advice would be appreciated. all existing plumbing goes through the study already so am hoping to cut the pipes back at some point and it should be relatively easy to add the new plumbing in, current bathroom is in the middle of the house, wanting to move it back adjacent to the outside wall where all the piping enters the building.
