Job description:plumb from combi 1st floor approx 10 ft under floor boards into box room 10`6 x 6`6 lay & fit laminate flooring(already purchased) then install shower cabin, sink, & toilet (already purchased). Pipe all waste pipes through external wall & across the loft of the ground floor kitchen extension approx 12ft out into the large waste down pipe outside.
