Job description:Room area 1850mm*1700mm Full Tiling of walls & also Floor.. Complete replacement of old Suite. Bath to be turned round 180 degrees & new shower to be re-located above bath head.Also Bath Screen to be installed. Existing radiator replaced by Towel warmer.Extractor Fan to be installed. The area is in sound condition but is in need of modernising.
