Job description:I need to replace an old bathroom. It needs replacing with a three piece suite. Some old tiling around the bath and sink needs removing and replacing. Old skirting to be removed and replaced. its a small bathroom about 7ft x 7ft. Bathroom suite will probably be bought by me from Homebase. In addition there is a separate downstairs shower room which is relatively new but needs a new electric thermastatic shower fitted. Access to property no problem. Job to be completed by christams if possible.
