Job description:Treat small amount mold beginning to appear on ceiling; replace silicone seal on bath and sink; regrout tiles; small amount of plastering; paint walls, ceiling, windows and door including a wooden clad wall; fix dripping tap and re-affix wall mounted soap dish. Average sized bathroom (not complete refurb as box above suggests). Also some pipes to be boxed in in hallway.
