Job description:Creation of a downstairs cloakroom/toilet. Currently I have an understairs cupboard but this can be extended so it can fit a toilet and small sink. The work involved would be creating a stud wall frame extending the understairs cupboard and relocating the existing full size door so it opens from the hallway rather than breakfast room. This new room is underneath the current bathroom so hot/cold pipes could be run down the walls. The waste would probably need to be Saniflo/piped under the floor 5 - 7m to fit to the external soil pipe. Extractor fan/ventilation - open to suggestions. New walls would need to be skimmed so ready for painting. Existing architrave could be re-used but would need new skirting boards. Downstairs cloakroom likely to be partially tiled so bonus if you can do tiling otherwise I can get someone else to do this. Thanks for looking
