Job description:remove existing on-suite, wall tiles. Re-tile walls, install a new shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail (run off the central heating), re-decorate.
The existing toilet and wash hand basin waste pipes are to be re-routed shuch that they are no lnger visible.
