Job description:BATHROOM Initial Strip · Remove bath · Remove sink · Remove shower, enclosure and tray · Remove toilet & cistern · Remove tiles from window and bath walls · Remove radiator · Remove extractor fan Demolition · Demolish existing landing/bathroom wall [3m long x 2.3m high]. [Retain skirting and door] Floor · Lay water resistant membrane [5 sqm] · Lay flooring [3 sqm - material tbc] Walls Landing wall [3m long x 2.3m high] · Construct 100mm timber stud partition wall and form door frame · Install services - pipework for shower · Plasterboard, taped joints on landing side · Reinstall original skirting New bathroom wall [1.8m long x 2.3m high] · Construct 100mm timber stud partition wall · Install services ? pipework for wash-hand basin, toilet, and towel radiator, electrics for shaving point. Wall finishings · Tile and grout [approx 10 sqm] Ceiling · Construct suspended plasterboard ceiling over existing ceiling including acoustic insulation - taped joints. [5 sqm] · Install electrical services for 5 spotlights and extractor fan.
