Job description:Kitchen the kitchen is to be moved in to what is now the lounge, it will require plumbing work. Flooring will need to be laid and the fitting of a brand new kitchen will need to be done. This will be supplied by IKEA or Howdens. Old kitchen in different room will need to be dismantled and the room will need to be decroated. HOuse bathroom A new bath suite will need to be fitted. Tiling will need to be done through out Ensuite - Tiling throughout and new shower to be fitted. New pivot door to be mounted. Remainder of the flat - odd and end. some electrical work for the main room and possible decorating
