Job description:New bath, w/c and basin to be fitted to replace the existing in a maisonette. The bathroom is currently in use and will be cleared of other items to facilitate the work. I do not believe any tiling is required. Budget is fairly tight so a functional suite required rather than expensive and trendy. We have seen possible bathroom suites for £169 - please quote for labour and parts and also just for the cost of the labour if we puchase a bathroom suite ourselves.
