Job description:I am looking to refit my bathroom. Work includes: 1. Remove bath, toilet, basin and fittings. Replace with new. 2. Knock down internal shower wall and remove shower and fittings. 3. Install new quadrant shower and thermostatic control. 4. Replace extractor fan 5. Remove towel rail and install new radiator 6. Re-lay floor tiling using interlocking tiles. 7. Floor to ceiling tiling. 8. Replace two bathroom windows. There are no plans and no decision on replacement units or tile style yet but willing to provide them. Hopefully these items could be discussed in person. This is an initial enquiry to help me understand what costs are likely to be involved so I can determine affordability.
