Job description:Remove old suite and tiles. Move any pipework as necessary. Combination shower bath with shower screen, hand basin and toilet to be fitted. Radiator to be replaced with heated towel rail and possibly relocated. Tiling to be redone (fully tiled). Wall bits to be put up eg. toilet roll holder. Everything really ! Room dimentions 2300 x 1830mm.
