Job description:Remove fittings (bath, toilet, washbasin), replace rotten floor with board and WP laminate and fit new radiator (already purchased - towel rail type). Fit extractor fan exhaust - extractor already in ceiling but not vented to the outside. Refit bathroom fittings and fix any broken tiles as necessary.
