To fit new sink, loo etc in a small downstairs cloakroom in Stoke Gifford

Job description:remove all existing sanitaryware, hide messy pipes etc, fit new items including towel rail (all purchased already). Plus need to plyboard the small floor area. Not sure which which comes first sorting the floor out or plumbing in items. After job is completed we plan to have wooden flooring fitted in the cloakroom and adj hall area. Hence need someone who can do a bit of everything or can work with a joiner for example re floor/skirting boards etc!
