Redesign and refit downstairs cloakroom toilet in St Peters

Job description:Soil stack runs behind wall in cloakroom toilet, but cloakroom WC drains into soil drain in floor. Pipework in cloakroom visible, very untidy and difficult to keep clean. I like back to wall fittings but can't see how this could be done with existing configuration of soil stack and drain in floor. Have thought about a Saniflo solution but not sure.
