Job description:Full bathroom rennovation - sanatory ware and tiles to be provided. Please quote for tiling and/or bathroom fitting. Bathroom fitting: Remove 2 existing radiators and cap off towel radiator plumbing in stud wall. Disassemble existing sink, bath, shower and w/c Cap off water supply to w/c in above storage room and remove water supply pipework Return after plastering to: construct stud wall (1900mmx2900mm) Prepare plumbing for new shower and new shower mixer behind stud wall Fit shower tray and waste Re-fit existing w/c Prepare plumbing and waste for new vanity unit Prepare plumbing for new radiator Fit and seal new bath, bath deck mixer and shower and waste lay new underfloor heating Return after tiling to: Install shower mixer, walk-in surround and shower, seal where necessary Fit vanity unit and radiator tiling: full tile stud wall (6m2), 1/2 tile wall behind bath (5m2), tile floor (8m2)
