Job description:We are re-doing our en suite. All sanitaryware/shower etc is staying in the same place. The WC and basin will be replaced by 2 x 600mm fitted furniture units (supplied pre-assembled) and a back to wall pan and semi recessed basin. The shower is in a recess so will involve removal and replacement of a 760 x 760 square tray and a 760mm Hinged shower door. The ceiling is artex so will need skimming and 3 spot lights and an extractor fan putting in (one spotlight above the shower) The entire shower enclosure ( 3 x 760 walls) and one other wall (1200 long x normal height) needs stripping of tiles and re-skimming. We would like 2 rows of tiles above the countertop of the fitted furniture for any splashbacks. Shower enclosure will have wetwall panels installed where the tiles used to be and the floor will be wood effect laminate tiles. All tiles, bathroom products, furniture, wetwalling, flooring will be provided but lighting and fans aren't. After the walls are skimmed I will do any painting myself in the areas that aren't tiled.
