Job description:We have two bathrooms that need upgrading in anticipation of our renting our house, starting this spring. One of the bathrooms is approximately 13' x 6'with a tub, shower stall, toilet, basin and closet. One wall is mirrored and the other walls and the floor have aging,small grey tiles covering them. At a minimum we would want to regrout the wall tiles, put in a new shower door and a new basin and refinish the tub. The other bathroom is ensuite, approximately 6'x6' with a toilet, vanity w/ basin and a stall shower. This bathroom needs a complete makeover.
